We aggregate every U.S. Office of Government Ethics disclosure from the 39-person executive-branch leadership: cabinet secretaries, agency heads, senior White House staff. Every figure on this site traces to a primary federal record — OGE Form 278/278-T filings, SEC 8-K filings, and agency press releases. We aggregate; we don't editorialize.
These officials have the most-extensive structured disclosures. Each profile shows holdings, transactions, outside positions, and government-action conflicts with primary-source citations.
The Trump-era trend of federal agencies taking direct equity, loans, or grants in publicly-traded companies — Intel CHIPS, MP Materials' DoD partnership, USA Rare Earth's $1.6B Commerce deal. We track each by ticker, agency, deal type, dollar size, and 30-day price reaction. 7 deals confirmed; more being added.
Sources: agency press releases, SEC 8-K filings, Federal Register notices. Price returns from our daily-prices pipeline.
Source 1 — OGE Form 278 / 278-T. The U.S. Office of Government Ethics publishes financial disclosures for every appointee under the Ethics in Government Act (1978). We mirror these PDFs locally and parse them into structured rows: assets (with value brackets), transactions, liabilities, outside positions, income, and gifts.
Source 2 — Government equity stakes. Tracked from agency press releases and SEC 8-K filings, with daily-price overlays for 30-day return reaction.
Source 3 — Sector flags. We auto-flag holdings as defense, pharma, crypto, or critical-mineral exposure using ticker maps + asset-name keyword matching. Currently flagged: 28 defense, 39 pharma, 10 crypto, 3 critical mineral.
Editorial discipline. Every figure cites a primary federal record (filing #, URL, or docket). We aggregate; we don't editorialize. Cases pending; convictions noted as such. Trump's lawsuit against the NYT for republishing his tax returns was dismissed in 2023 — the precedent for aggregating public records is settled.
