Short title This Act may be cited as the Protecting American Taxpayers from Wasteful Spending Act . 2. Codification of Executive Order 14249, relating to protecting America’s bank account against fraud, waste, and abuse Executive Order 14249 (90 Fed. Reg. 14011; relating to protecting America’s bank account against fraud, waste, and abuse, signed March 25, 2025), shall have the force and effect of law.
