Short title This Act may be cited as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2025 . 2. Repeal of Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (a) In general Public Law 117–169 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is repealed. (b) Rescissions The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under Public Law 117–169 are rescinded.
