R. 4547 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 17, 2025 Mr. Kelly of Pennsylvania introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services A BILL To advance Thomas B. Hagen on the retired list of the Navy. 1. Advancement of Captain Thomas B. Hagen, United States Navy, on the retired list (a) Advancement Captain Thomas B. Hagen, United States Navy (retired), is entitled to hold the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while on the retired list of the Navy. (b) Additional benefits not To accrue The advancement of Thomas B. Hagen on the retired list of the Navy under subsection (a) shall not affect— (1) the retired pay or other benefits from the United States to which Thomas B. Hagen would have been entitled based upon his military service; or (2) any benefits to which any other person may become entitled based on such military service.
