Short title This Act may be cited as the Strengthening Communities of Recovery Act . 2. Strengthening communities of recovery Section 547 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ee–2 ) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking Building and inserting Strengthening ; (2) in subsection (d)(2)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or strengthen after build ; and (3) in subsection (f), by striking $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $16,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 .
