Short title This Act may be cited as the Pregnant and Postpartum Women Treatment Reauthorization Act . 2. Reauthorization of program Section 508 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–1 ) is amended— (1) in subsection (d)(11)(C), by striking providing health services and inserting providing health care services ; (2) in subsection (g)— (A) by inserting a plan describing after will provide ; and (B) by adding at the end the following: Such plan may include a description of how such applicant will target outreach to women disproportionately impacted by maternal substance use disorder. ; and (3) in subsection (s), by striking $29,931,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $38,931,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 .
