II 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. 1337 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES April 8, 2025 Mr. Peters (for himself and Mr. Rounds ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs A BILL To improve availability of information relating to cybersecurity threats. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Extension Act . 2. Effective period Section 111(a) of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015 ( 6 U.S.C. 1510(a) ) is amended by striking 2025 and inserting 2035 .
