I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 994 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES February 5, 2025 Ms. Dexter introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform A BILL To prohibit retaliation against any Federal employee who stops, or attempts to stop, unlawful or unconstitutional actions by Elon Musk against Federal agencies, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Stop Musk Act . 2. Prohibiting retaliation against Federal employees resisting unlawful or unconstitutional actions by Elon Musk against Federal agencies No Federal employee may be retaliated against, including any retaliation occurring on or after the date of the enactment of this Act, for resisting, circumventing, or preventing Elon Musk or individuals he oversees from taking unlawful or unconstitutional actions relating to Federal agencies.
