RES. 90 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 3, 2025 Mrs. Bice submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Agriculture JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission relating to Commission Guidance Regarding the Listing of Voluntary Carbon Credit Derivative Contracts . That Congress disapproves the final guidance submitted by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission relating to “Commission Guidance Regarding the Listing of Voluntary Carbon Credit Derivative Contracts” (89 Fed. Reg. 83378 (October 15, 2024)) and such rule shall have no force or effect.
