Short title This Act may be cited as the Lifespan Respite Care Reauthorization Act of 2025 . 2. Reauthorization of lifespan respite care program (a) Definition of family caregiver Section 2901(5) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300ii(5) ) is amended by striking unpaid adult and inserting unpaid individual . (b) Funding Section 2905 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300ii–4 ) is amended by striking fiscal years 2020 through fiscal year 2024 and inserting fiscal years 2025 through 2030 .
