Aamodt litigation settlement protection Section 623(g) of the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act ( Public Law 111–291 ; 124 Stat. 3153) is amended— (1) by striking The dates and inserting the following: (1) Conditions precedent; expiration date The dates ; and (2) by adding at the end the following: (2) Determination of substantial completion The dates in subsection (e) may be extended if the Pueblos, the United States (acting through the Secretary), the State, the City, and the County agree that an extension is reasonably necessary. .
