Short title This Act may be cited as the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program Enhancement Act of 2025 . 2. Noninsured crop disaster assistance program (a) In general Section 196 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 ( 7 U.S.C. 7333 ) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)(A)(ii), by striking except in the case of crops and grasses used for grazing, ; and (2) in subsection (l)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking (other than for crops and grasses used for grazing) . (b) Regulations Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall promulgate regulations to carry out the amendments made by subsection (a).
