Short title This Act may be cited as the Extend the TikTok Deadline Act . 2. Extension of deadline Section 2(a)(2)(A) of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9901 note; division H of Public Law 118–50 ) is amended by striking 270 days and inserting 540 days .
