Short title This Act may be cited as the Time of Service Act . 2. Elimination of time limitation for use of entitlement under Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program of Department of Veterans Affairs Section 3321(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking January 1, 2013 and inserting January 1, 2001 ; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking January 1, 2013 and inserting January 1, 2001 .
