R. 8257 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 14, 2026 Mr. Hurd of Colorado (for himself, Mr. Zinke , and Mr. Moylan ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources A BILL To amend section 6903 of title 31, United States Code, to provide for additional population tiers, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Small County PILT Parity Act . 2.
