Short title This Act may be cited as the Sergeant Gary Beikirch Medal of Honor Act . 2. Modification of Medal of Honor special pension provisions to allow concurrent benefits Section 1562(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
