Designation The portion of Interstate Route 680 located in Omaha, Nebraska, beginning at mile post 0 and ending at the Missouri River shall be known and designated as the Hal Daub Freeway . 2. References The references in law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the portion of Interstate Route 680 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the Hal Daub Freeway .
