Short title This Act may be cited as the Accountable Leadership for Veterans Act of 2025 . 2. Senior Executive Service positions in the Department filled by noncareer appointees Section 709(a)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking 5 percent and inserting 10 percent . 3. Under Secretary for Health Section 305 of title 38, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: 305.
