Short title This Act may be cited as the Union Participation for All Act . 2. Repeal of prohibition against certain persons holding offices in labor organizations (a) In general Section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 ( 29 U.S.C. 504 ) is repealed. (b) Conforming amendment Section 401(e) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 ( 29 U.S.C. 481(e) ) is amended by striking to section 504 and .
