Short title This Act may be cited as the St. Louis RECA Readjustment Act . 2. Radiation exposure compensation claims relating to Manhattan Project waste (a) Inclusion of additional ZIP Codes Section 5A(d)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act ( Public Law 101–426 ; 42 U.S.C. 2210 note), as added by section 100204 of Public Law 119–21 , is amended by inserting 63106, 63107 after 63074, . (b) Effective date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public Law 119–21 .
