Short title This Act may be cited as the Line 5 Act . 2. Agreement concerning transit pipelines Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President or any designee may not violate any provision of The Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Canada Concerning Transit Pipelines, signed at Washington on January 28, 1977 (TIAS 8720).
