Short title This Act may be cited as the Water Quality Technology Availability Act . 2. Clarifying effluent limitation guidelines Section 304(b)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1314(b)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking technology in relation to and inserting technology that is commercially available in the United States in relation to .
