R. 3386 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES May 14, 2025 Mr. Van Orden introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs A BILL To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve certain outreach to veterans under the Solid Start program of the Department of Veterans Affairs. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Streamlining the Solid Start Communications Act . 2. Improvement to certain outreach under Solid Start program of Department of Veterans Affairs Paragraph (2) of section 6320(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking tailored mailings and inserting tailored lines of communication, including mailings, text messaging, virtual chatting, and other electronic forms of messaging, .
