Short title This Act may be cited as the Evidence-Based Drug Policy Act of 2025 . 2. Repeal of section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 Section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ( 21 U.S.C. 1703(b)(12) ) is repealed.
