Short title This Act may be cited as the No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act of 2025 . 2. Ineligibility for naturalization Section 312 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1423 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization, notwithstanding any other provision of the immigration laws. .
