Short title This Act may be cited as the Signature Integrity for Granting National Pardons Act or the SIGN Pardons Act . 2. Presidential signature required for pardons The President shall personally sign any pardon or reprieve that the President grants pursuant to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States.
