Short title This Act may be cited as the Guaranteeing Overtime for Truckers Act . 2. Amendment to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 Section 13(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ( 29 U.S.C. 213(b) ) is amended by striking paragraph (1).
