Golden Sea Bream as acceptable market name A food shall not be treated as misbranded, adulterated, or otherwise in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 301 et seq. ) because the food is labeled or marketed using the name Golden Sea Bream for the species Stenotomus chrysops.
