This bill repeals two existing laws that authorized the use of military force against Iraq, specifically the 1991 and 2002 Authorizations for Use of Military Force (AUMFs). It does not appropriate any new funds or directly mandate any specific military withdrawal, but it removes the underlying statutory authorities for ongoing U.S. military operations against Iraq.
