This bill amends federal criminal law to explicitly prohibit child pornography produced using artificial intelligence. It does this by eliminating a specific affirmative defense related to depictions of minors and expanding the definition of 'sexually explicit conduct' to include certain clothed or unclothed exhibitions. The bill does not appropriate funds, create new agencies, or mandate specific technologies.
