Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring American Sovereignty Act . 2. Use of funds for deportation purposes Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds paused pursuant to Executive Order 14169 (January 20, 2025; 90 Fed. Reg. 8619) may be made available and used by the President to deport illegal aliens from the United States.
