R. 1088 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES February 6, 2025 Mr. Ogles (for himself, Mr. Biggs of Arizona , Mr. Tiffany , and Mr. Moore of Alabama ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs , and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary , for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned A BILL To provide for the use of funds for deportation purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring American Sovereignty Act . 2. Use of funds for deportation purposes Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds paused pursuant to Executive Order 14169 (January 20, 2025; 90 Fed. Reg. 8619) may be made available and used by the President to deport illegal aliens from the United States.
