Short title This Act may be cited as the Ending Green Giveaways Act . 2. Repeal and rescission relating to environmental and climate justice block grants (a) Repeal Section 138 of the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7438 ) is repealed. (b) Rescission The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 138 of the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7438 ) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded.
