That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to Air Plan Approval; Indiana; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period (91 Fed. Reg. 3057 (January 26, 2026)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
