II 119th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 4036 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 10, 2026 Mrs. Capito (for herself, Ms. Klobuchar , Mr. Moran , Mr. Lankford , Mr. Sullivan , Mr. Kim , Mr. Booker , and Ms. Cantwell ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions A BILL To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand the Project ECHO Grant Program, to allow for such program to disseminate knowledge and build capacity to address Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Accelerating Access to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Provider Training Act or the AADAPT Act . 2. Expanding capacity for health outcomes Section 330N of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–20 ) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by striking entities and inserting entities, including a public or nonprofit private entity, ; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting dementia care, after palliative care, .
