Tax exemption; resources exemption limitation (a) In general Section 7 of the Act of October 19, 1973 ( 25 U.S.C. 1407 ), is amended, in the undesignated matter following paragraph (4), by striking $2,000 and inserting $5,000 . (b) Technical corrections Section 7 of the Act of October 19, 1973 ( 25 U.S.C. 1407 ), is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking , or and inserting a comma; and (2) in paragraph (4), by striking cede and inserting ceded .
