Short title This Act may be cited as the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025 . 2. Increasing support for physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes (a) In general Section 1848(t) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(t) ) is amended— (1) in the header, by striking 2024 and inserting 2025 ; and (2) in paragraph (1)— (A) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and inserting 2021 through 2025 ; (B) in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; (C) in subparagraph (E), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and (D) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (F) such services furnished on or after April 1, 2025, and before January 1, 2026, by 6.62 percent. . (b) Conforming amendment Section 1848(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V) ) is amended by striking 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 and inserting any of years 2021 through 2025 .
