SNAP eligible food Section 3(k)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2012(k)(1) ) is amended— (1) by inserting hot rotisserie chicken and before those authorized ; (2) by striking clauses and inserting paragraphs ; and (3) by striking of this subsection .
