Short title This Act may be cited as the Nutria Eradication and Control Reauthorization Act of 2025 . 2. Reauthorization of Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 (a) In general Section 3(e) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 8102(e) ) is amended by striking 2025 and inserting 2030 .
