Short title This Act may be cited as the Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act . 2. Provision of milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations (a) In general The Secretary of Defense shall provide fluid or powdered milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations, in varieties that may include— (1) unflavored; (2) flavored; (3) organic; (4) non-organic; (5) whole; (6) reduced-fat; (7) low-fat; (8) fat-free; (9) lactose-free; or (10) any combination thereof. (b) Prohibition The Secretary may not, to carry out this section, purchase fluid or powdered milk from an entity owned or controlled by a foreign adversary, as determined by the Secretary of Commerce under section 7.4 of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulation).
