119 HR 6202 IH: Brand USA Restoration Act U.S. House of Representatives 2025-11-20 text/xml EN Pursuant to Title 17 Section 105 of the United States Code, this file is not subject to copyright protection and is in the public domain. I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 6202 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES November 20, 2025 Mr. Krishnamoorthi introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Appropriations A BILL To appropriate funds to the Travel Promotion Fund to offset reductions to the Fund made by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Brand USA Restoration Act . 2. Appropriation to Travel Promotion Fund There are appropriated for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $80,000,000, to be deposited into the Travel Promotion Fund established by subsection (d) of the Travel Promotion Act of 2009 ( 22 U.S.C. 2131(d) ).
