I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 6037 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES November 12, 2025 Mr. Langworthy introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce A BILL To reauthorize the West Valley demonstration project. 1. West valley demonstration project Section 3(a) of the West Valley Demonstration Project Act ( Public Law 96–368 ; 42 U.S.C. 2021a note) is amended by striking $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2026 and inserting $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2037 .
