I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 5766 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES October 17, 2025 Mr. Barr introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs A BILL To require the Secretary of State to annually award an honorary Trump Peace Prize. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the President Donald J. Trump Peace Prize Act . 2. Trump Peace Prize (a) In general The Secretary of State shall annually confer an honorary award, to be known as the Trump Peace Prize , on an individual who is a peacemaker. (b) First awardee The Secretary shall confer the first Trump Peace Prize on President Donald Trump.
