Continued operation of Federal Aviation Administration In the case of a lapse in appropriation for the Federal Aviation Administration, there are appropriated such amounts as may be necessary for the operation of such Administration for the lesser of— (1) 30 days; or (2) the duration of the lapse in appropriations.
