Additional subsidization Section 603(i)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1383(i)(1)(B) ) is amended to read as follows: (B) to implement or utilize a process, material, technique, or technology (including software for asset management, software for operational analysis, and advanced digital construction management systems)— (iii) to address water-efficiency goals; (iv) to address energy-efficiency goals; (v) to mitigate stormwater runoff; or (vi) to implement projects that are cost-effective and sustainably planned, designed, and constructed. .
