R. 5232 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES September 9, 2025 Mr. Gill of Texas (for himself, Mr. Gosar , Ms. Boebert , Mr. Harris of North Carolina , Mr. Nehls , and Mr. Fine ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the definition of unauthorized alien. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Domestic Jobs Protection Act . 2. Definition of unauthorized alien Section 274A(h)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3) ) is amended by striking or by the Attorney General .
