Short title This Act may be cited as the Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act . 2. National monuments Section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Antiquities Act ), is amended to read as follows: 320301. National monuments The establishment or extension of a national monument may be undertaken only by express authorization of Congress. .
