119 HR 5135 IH: Train Crew Choice Act U.S. House of Representatives 2025-09-04 text/xml EN Pursuant to Title 17 Section 105 of the United States Code, this file is not subject to copyright protection and is in the public domain. I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 5135 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES September 4, 2025 Mr. Burlison introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure A BILL To nullify a final rule on train crew size safety requirements published by the Federal Railroad Administration. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Train Crew Choice Act . 2. Nullification of final rule on train crew size safety requirements The final rule published in the Federal Register on April 9, 2024 by the Federal Railroad Administration titled Train Crew Size Safety Requirements (89 Fed. Reg. 25052) shall have no force or effect.
