I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 4807 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 29, 2025 Mr. Landsman (for himself, Mr. Ruiz , Ms. Kelly of Illinois , and Mrs. Dingell ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce A BILL To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal certain changes to provider taxes under the Medicaid program. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Protect Our Hospitals Act . 2. Repealing changes to Medicaid provider taxes Section 71115 of Public Law 119–21 is repealed, and the provisions of law amended by such section are restored as if such section had not been enacted into law.
