Inclusion of Parkinson’s disease in list of illnesses and diseases deemed to be proximately caused by employment in fire protection activities Paragraph (2) of section 8143b(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (L) through (P) as subparagraphs (M) through (Q), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (K) the following new subparagraph: (L) Parkinson’s disease. .
