I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 3802 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES June 6, 2025 Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce , and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services , and Foreign Affairs , for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned A BILL To codify Executive Order 14190 (relating to ending radical indoctrination in K–12 schooling). 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the EO 14190 Act of 2025 . 2. Codification of Executive Order 14190, Ending Radical Indoctrination in K–12 Schooling Executive Order 14190 (90 Fed. Reg. 8853; Ending Radical Indoctrination in K–12 Schooling) shall have the force and effect of law.
